Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products on the website chatgbot.ai ("Product") by 42 Dijital Yazılım Ltd. Şti. ("Chatgbot", "we", "us", or "our"). Please note that to the extent permitted by applicable law, all purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stated herein or required by applicable law.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription from Subscription Settings. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period. After cancellation, your subscription will not auto-renew.

1. Global Refund Policy

Generally, all fees paid are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Refunds may be available only where mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to you grant refund or withdrawal rights (see Section 2 below), and only if both of the following conditions are met:

i) The refund request is made within any applicable legal refund or withdrawal window and during the active subscription period; AND ii) The Product has not been used for more than 10 messages in total, whether in a single chat or in multiple chats.

If either condition is not met, the service is considered consumed and refunds are no longer available, including within an otherwise applicable legal window.

Auto-renewals: Any legal refund timeframes apply exclusively to the first purchase of a subscription and do not apply to auto-renewed subscription periods. Auto-renewal charges are non-refundable, including on a pro-rata basis, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Statutory Rights

Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply to your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that you have not used the Product for more than 10 messages. Once 7 calendar days have passed from the date of purchase, or 10 messages have been used (whichever occurs first), the service is considered consumed and refunds are no longer available, except where required by applicable law.

To exercise any such right, please contact us at support@chatgbot.ai with the information and documentation specified in Section 5 below.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

i) more than 10 messages have been sent, since the service is considered consumed; OR ii) the refund request is submitted after any applicable legal refund window from the date of purchase; OR iii) the request relates to an auto-renewed subscription period; OR iv) no mandatory refund right under applicable law applies to your purchase.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Where local law provides stronger rights, those rights will prevail. The user's country recorded in our system or the address on the invoice determines which refund policy applies.

Active use: We may deny a refund request if we detect that you actively used the Product after the purchase of a subscription, and there is no relevant evidence or confirmation that you experienced malfunctions, critical errors, or major bugs in the operation of the Product.

Subscription period scope: If a refund request is approved, the refund will be issued only with respect to the subscription period in which the request was properly made. Refunds will not be issued retroactively for previous subscription periods.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at support@chatgbot.ai before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Requesting Refunds

Before requesting a refund: If you no longer wish to be charged, the fastest way to stop future payments is to cancel your subscription directly from Subscription Settings (see "Subscription Cancellation" above). Cancellation immediately stops auto-renewal and your access continues until the end of your current billing period. A refund of the current period is a separate matter and is granted only where the conditions in this Refund Policy are met.

Submitting a refund request. To request a refund, please send an email to support@chatgbot.ai with the subject line "Refund Request — [your account email]". Refund requests must be submitted within the current subscription period and will only be processed if all conditions in this policy are met.

Required information (all fields must be provided; incomplete requests will not be processed):

  • Full name as it appears on the payment method
  • Account email associated with the purchase
  • Transaction ID or order number
  • Date and amount of the transaction
  • Last 4 digits of the payment card or payment method used
  • Proof of purchase (screenshot of the transaction confirmation, invoice, or receipt)
  • Subscription plan purchased (monthly / yearly)
  • Detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request

If your request relates to a technical issue or malfunction, please additionally provide:

  • A clear description of the issue, including steps to reproduce
  • Date and approximate time the issue occurred
  • Screenshots, screen recordings, or error messages evidencing the issue
  • Device and operating system used at the time of the issue

Verification. After receiving your request, we may ask you to provide additional information, clarifications, or supporting documentation to verify your identity, validate your purchase, and assess your refund eligibility. We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection within a reasonable period of time once all required information is provided. Requests that remain incomplete after a reasonable follow-up period will be closed without further action.

6. Updates to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will apply only to future purchases or renewals. Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time if they do not agree with the updated terms.
